Saradhi Vanitha Vedhi, Kuwait organized a Health Awareness, Educational and Fun filled Interactive Session exclusively for female members on 11th March 2018 from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.

The program was inaugurated by the General Secretary of Saradhi Kuwait Mr. K.R. Aji followed by felicitations by Treasurer Mr. Biju C.V and Ex. President Mr. Sajeev Narayanan.

The Special Invitee who shared her knowledge, experience and advices on this event was Dr. Susovana Sujith Nair, one of the prominent Oncologists in Kuwait. Her class on Cancer Awareness for ladies was the highlight of the event and very informative.

Talented and experienced members of Saradhi Vanitha Vedhi shared their knowledge and experience during the day. Dr. Prasanthi, a leading Dentist in Kuwait shared a good insight on Dental Care, Dr. Ambika Adarsh the famous Yoga Instructor highlighted the importance of including Yoga & Naturopathy in daily life. Mrs. Shalu Sasidharan with Vegetable Painting, Mrs. Jayakumari with tips on Stitching, Mrs. Deepa Soman & Mrs. Deepa Reji with Health Talks & Mrs. Anila Sudhin and Mrs. Hidha Suhas with Healthy Salad recipes & Juice Presentations. Mrs. Mini Kishorekumar presented a healthy salad for Diabetics, Mrs. Preethy Prasanth and Mrs. Vanaja Vijayan shared a presentation on Acupressure points, Mrs. Rema Aryakumar shared tips on Waste Management and Mrs. Susheela Vijayakumar on the importance of spirituality in Family Life with the participants. All participants enjoyed a sumptuous lunch specially prepared by the members of Saradhi Kuwait.
